BOOKING TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY
预订条款与取消政策
Booking and Payment（预订与付款）

A deposit of NOK 2,000 per tour day is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
-
The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the tour via the payment link we provide.
-
Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
-
Secure payments can be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer through our payment link.
Booking Changes（预订更改）

Any change is subject to availability and may require rescheduling the travel date.
Cancellation Policy（取消政策）
-
14 days or more before the tour: 100% refund of the deposit.
-
7–14 days before the tour: 50% refund of the deposit.
-
Less than 7 days or no-show: the deposit is non-refundable.
If we must cancel the tour due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (including severe weather conditions that make driving unsafe), you will receive either:

A full refund of both deposit and balance; or
-
A free reschedule, subject to availability.
If cruises cannot dock, or flights/ferries are cancelled due to bad weather, a full refund will also be provided upon verification (please provide official proof of cancellation).
Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure（行程调整与不可抗力）

We reserve the right to make minor itinerary adjustments due to operational or weather-related reasons.

In the event of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, etc.), we will offer a full refund or a free reschedule.

Note: Normal rain or wind that does not pose safety risks does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or rescheduling.
Recommended Insurance（保险建议）

We recommend purchasing travel insurance covering cancellation, accidents, health, and lost luggage.
